How does the confirmation work?
After your request we check availability and get back to you within 24 hours. The rental only becomes binding once we confirm it.
Can you deliver the car to me?
Yes. Delivery and collection cost €500 each. We agree the exact location with you when we confirm.
What happens if there is damage?
Every rental is fully insured. In the event of damage, the deposit of €10,000 is retained up to its full amount.
Can a second person drive?
Yes, by arrangement. The second driver must also be at least 25 years old and have held a category B licence for 4 years.
Can I drive abroad?
Trips abroad are possible by prior arrangement. Please mention your destination in your request.
How do gift vouchers work?
Gift vouchers start at €1,000. Choose the occasion gift voucher in the request form and we will get back to you with all the details.
