Apex Rent is a fictional company. This website is a portfolio piece. No cars are rented out, and there is no customer contact with Apex Rent.
Hosting
This website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time, the requested address and information about your browser. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in delivering the website securely and reliably.

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser’s local storage and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
Request form
The request form is a demonstration. Your entries are only processed in your browser to calculate the price preview and to check your input. They are not transmitted and not stored. They are lost when you close or reload the page.
Google Maps
On the contact page you can load a map from Google Maps. The map is only loaded when you click “Load map”. Only then is data transmitted to Google, in particular your IP address and information about your browser. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG, which you give by clicking. Your consent is not stored; the next time you visit the page, the map is switched off again. You can use the page fully without loading the map.
The “Plan route” link opens Google Maps in a new tab. Google’s privacy policy applies there.
Fonts
The Manrope font is stored on this website’s server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made when the page loads.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
